2019 marks the 11th bottling of Cabernet Franc as its own varietal at Schweiger Vineyards. We have a lot of fun making this wine as it is both a fun blending component for Dedication and a lively varietal on its own. Cabernet Franc is a lighter expression of our Spring Mountain terroir not only in its color but a more delicate berry note along with spicy plum, cocoa powder, cherry, and a faint note of Herbs de Provence.
