VINTAGE AND WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Updated March 2020: Our 25-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon is still showing incredible depth & complexity! This is a tribute to the aging potential of our mountain fruit. For a 25-year-old cabernet, its ruby/garnet color with a very slight brick red on the edges is amazing, especially when its notes of elegantly layered Bing cherry, currant, elderberry, cedar, and cardamom are complemented with a touch of tertiary notes of forest floor and mocha powder.
