Michelle Blanco
Tasting Room
Michelle was born on the South side of Chicago and "caught the wine bug" at the age of 19.  Her dream of working snd living in a beautiful wine region became a reality in Fall of 2012, when she left her cushy corporate job in Philadelphia and moved to the Napa Valley.  She has not looked back, and also admits that she does not miss the Chicago winters!  Her favorite wine is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Addie Braun
Tasting Room
Addie grew up in Minnesota, but has spent the past 10 years in NY, Paris, and Chicago.  She recently moved to San Francisco with her dog Fizz & cat Fuzz to be close enough to escape to Napa on the weekends.  She also leads a team at Google and is a Level Two Sommelier.  Her favorite bottle is our Estate Malbec.

Paula Schweiger
Tasting Room
Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, Paula met Andy (our winemaker) while they were exchange students in Spain during high school. In addition to helping out in the tasting room, Paula also teaches Kindergarten here in St. Helena. She is an avid walker, loves reading and spending time with her two children, and likes to quilt when she can find the time. You will usually find her enjoying a glass of whatever Andy has decided pairs best with dinner that evening (hopefully Dedication ®).

Wendy Vogt
Tasting Room Supervisor
Originally from Nebraska, Napa life was always a dream for Wendy, her husband Leo, and their dogs. In early 2013 they became permanent residents after moving about ten times to different cities across the country, and she intends to never trade in her current office view. She can usually be found cooking and entertaining with a glass of her favorite bottle, Single Vineyard Select Gate Block Cabernet Sauvignon.

Bill Wiebalk
General Manager
Born and raised in Northern California, Bill joined Schweiger Vineyards after a focused career in the premium wine industry. When he isn’t overseeing various aspects of the winery he is homebrewing the best beer in the state (in our opinion), keeping bees, and spending time kayaking and mountain biking with his wife Dayna. Bill’s bottle of choice is our versatile Chardonnay.
